If you bulk slowly you will be able to maintain a low bf%. You will put on some fat but you will also be adding muscle so the % will not change much. The moderators will be able to help you in achieving this. But remember if you get to caught upkeeping bodyfat really low progress is going to be VERY SLOW!
I'm doubting the under 10% during a bulking stage. I went from 9% to 14-15% during my bulking, taking ~4000-4500 calories a day (this is an estimate b/c of my work hours as a waitor).
i don't think if u went to 14-15% is a big problem....u could lose them and go back to under 10 in 1-2 months.....while maintaining your muscles mass easily
