I've read to train calves often ( especially if your genetics aren't gonna allow you to have nice calves)......I unfortunatley fall into the lousy calves category.....most of the routines I've been coming across only have 1 day a week to train them.....would it be advisable/sufficiant to train them 2 days a week for the best possible muscle growth?....just not sure about training them 3 or even 4 times per week b/c it seems that amount of training them would be more suited for sprinters/runners/jumpers etc.....
