can i stick to only pinning glutes with prop?

ive only done my glutes and delts so far 9 days into my 8 week prop cycle. glutes aren't that bad but i injected my delt today and holy shitt the pain is killing me. i could barely hold the syringe steady and it wiggled around. i dont even know if i can go to the gym today and im doing legs...i probably couldnt carry a 45 plate. i took a hot bath and am using a heating pad right now to reduce the pain. i aspirated and no blood so i know i injected correctly and everything.

and im in no hurry to pin my quads either because i hear it's pretty bad too since all your weight is on it. so is it okay if i only pin glutes EOD? i have the least pain when i inject in that spot.
 
I thought the same about quads before I tried it. Now it's my favorite! I would give it a go
 
I don't pin quads but why do you think "all your weight is on it?" That should not be the case. All your weight should be taken off the leg when pinning quad or glutes. I only use 27 ga. 1/2" for delts and this is only for pinning aqueous solutions i.e. Winstrol Depot. I've heard virgin quad muscle will be "mad at you" but then it gets easier. I may soon have to incorporate quads into my pinning routine.
 
I'm doing prop and i only pin quads now. If i pin glutes I'm barely able to sit down, quads for me don't cause pain like other muscles, more of a mild discomfort, sometimes not even at all.
 
there is nothing you can do to get rid of prop pain (except cut your gear with more oil)...
and yes you can pin anyspot as much as you want to...however...with a cycle like prop...you will be pinning quicker then you can heal...and that may cause a lot of scar tissue...if scar tissue does not bother you...go for it.
 
you want real pain?...pin 100mg prop in your calfs....ahahahah

This ^^ and that's why it's ideal to rotate injection sites. If you can juggle glutes, quads and delts, you'll only be hitting each area once per week, provided you are injecting ED, which will help avoid scar tissue buildup.

I on my first cycle and have only done one quad shot. It was extremly painful couldn't lift legs for a week. Now all I am using is my delts think I am gunna switch it up and try pecs. Call me a pussy but I really dont wanna pin my quads again

im injecting 120mg of prop EOD for this 8 week cycle. i might just stick to glutes and quads because not being able to move my shoulder just sucks so much.
 
why dont you just cut your gear? there will be zero pain.
 
All ya'll need to man up and hit the Traps. That shit is by far my favorite and least painful, the only thing that makes it difficult is that you have to aspirate with one hand. I usually rotate Monday-Bi lateral gluteal injections, Wednesday-Bi lateral Pectoral injections, Friday-Bi lateral Trapezius injections, and I switch up my Wednesday and Friday once in a while but always keep Glutes on Monday. Basically you just have to find a rotation that fits your workout schedule. Like for instance, I do Glutes on Monday because Thursday I work out Legs so by then everything is all good, and I work out chest on either Monday or Tuesday so I don't have to worry about soreness from my chest injection, etc etc. Here's a couple of links that should help you guys out.

You rgear was most likey made with grape seed oil or cottonseed oil. Go to your local grocery store and buy some grape seed oil (food grade) $3....and you will need a whatman syringe filter...from ebay. like $3...and 1 sterile vial like $2. all you do is mix your gear with the oil...equal parts...and that will bring your gear to 50mg/ml (given it is at 100mg/ml now). heat the mixture to 250 degrees to kill any bacteria....such it up in a syringe...attach the whatman filter (.45um) and filter it back into your sterile vial....you gear is now painless for under $10.

I would have to say that at first my quads did get a little pissed off at me same with delts but you know what after it is all said and done I now think I like the quads the best. Huge area to work with you can see everything and it is a comfortable position. Sometimes I get crazy back cramps when I hit glutes and it makes the whole process unpleasant. Not always just sometimes. I like to rotate all three to give each site time to recover.
 
agreed quads are easy, but then again I'm using enanthate lol
 
You should be bottoming out the pin, where there would be no wiggling. Maybe you just don't know the good spot of your delt yet? Daily or EOD glute shots is too much IMO.
 
quad shots are 100% painless for me.









however, the next 3 days, not being able to bend my legs sucks, LOL.

You will be fine, but why not hit only one quad and maybe a delt or glute so that if there is pain it will not be both of your legs ect. I only did Sus and Dec in the quads not prop so I do not know what you should expect. Just make sure to rub the inj spot real good after to break it up and spread it out. With me they get sore for about 2 or 3 hours then fade away. Good Luck Keep Us Posted.:clapping:

yea good point about not doing 2 quad injections in a row. im gonna take your advice on that one.

i've heard conflicting information about whether or not to rub the injection areas immediately after pinning. some say dont touch it, others say to rub it around, and some say to just press on it firmly. i usually take a hot shower afterwards which helps with the pain.
