Hey Vic, I know some people like to start it one week ahead. But from what I've learned, I start getting symptoms around 2 weeks in so from now on I'll just start the same time I start everything else.

But I do have a question about transitioning from Adex to Aromasin for PCT. Should you start the Aromasin 1 week before PCT? I know you can get a little rebound with adex and to put that in the first week of PCT wouldn't be optimum in my opinion. Or since there's already an AI in your system is there not a 1 week period to wait for it to start working? I know they act totally differently, ie.. aro is a suicidal inhibitor. Just something I've been trying to figure out. As I'm only 5 days away from PCT.

I have never used aromasin to be honest. I've always had excellent results with adex alone, and always feared aromasin was too strong. Yes, aromasin is better suited for PCT than adex, the science proves it. I never experimented with it because I didn't want to fix what wasn't broke. If I had to guess, I would probably taper down the adex towards the last week or two of the cycle. Than I would start the aromasin....probably a solid dose of 25mg ED. Don't quote me on this one as I'm merely speculating here. The only reason why I said to taper the adex dose down at the end is because of the fear of a rebound. We had a thread on this a few weeks back....

I really like aromasin for on cycle and especially PCT. Aromasin isn't as strong as some think. I think Heavyiron said something about it not being as effective in men as originally claimed. I use it at 12.5mg eod while on cycle and it seems to work just right. It works great for me. It is the only AI I use now.

Just switched to it for PCT as you know TGB. If it works like it's supposed to, I see no reason to return to the adex that I was using before.
