I have been eating those water-packed can tunas for some time now since the have alot more protein, very little fat and even Omega 3 and Fibre compared to those typical can tunas with added mayonise and chilli.
However, whenever I eat those water can tuna, I'll always pour out the liquid and try making it as dry as possible, than throw in 1 tablespoon of mayo.
My question is, am I throwing away any of the good stuff when I drain away the water? Or will I still be able to intake all the protein, omega 3 even if it is completely dry?
