Hi, I'm 5 feet 10 inches. I was overweight when I first started my diet and cardio session. I was at 207 lb. Through diet and cardio, I've reduced my weight to 162 lbs. My goal is to get a six pack and cut body, however I'm having trouble deciding which way I should go from here. People already tell me I'm skinny, but to receive a six pack, I know my body fat has to be lower than 10 percent. So my question is that should I start doing weights right now and do cardio as well. Or, should I just do cardio till my body fat percentage is low enough to see my six pack and then hit the weights.
