Is it ok to get in some cardio at night if I lift weights in the morning ?
Yes, I want to build muscle... but my main goal is to drop this 30 lbs of fat. I'm a beginner, so I should be able to accomplish both at the same time ... to a point.
So, will doing cardio at night on the same day I hit the weights in the morning be counter productive in any way ?
