Recently I bought this low fat cheese and it's pretty good. Each slice has 5 grams protein, and only 2 grams and 1.3 grams of fat/saturated fat respectively.
However, I have this habit of putting bread which contain the cheese inside a microwave for about 1 minute, which allows the cheese inside to melt, get stickier and thus taste even better (yummy). My question is will 'melting' it inside a microwave kill the protein inside that cheese and increase it's fat value?
