Today I had a good workout but feel kinda sick maybe it's the pills not sure I got some videos am trying to get better shots kinda hard Rec with a iPhone. *Reverse grip pulldowns 3-4 sets, 10-12 reps moderate weight use it as a pre-exhast only 3 sets of 12, last set failure
*Bent over or Yates rows 5 sets 8-10 reps normal grip
*Rack deads 3sets 12-15 reps v bar pull down here
*V-bar pulldowns 3 sets 8-12 reps rack deads here
*A curl exercise for biceps, 3 sets 8-12 reps yes
*A forearm exercise 2 sets 12 reps excellent yes reverse ez curl bb curls
