6am-50gm shake

6;30am-6 eggs scrambled,
1 piece ww toast, 1 cup 2%milk

7am-1 cup oats in the truck driving to work (eating and driving)


Its my back night, im going to hit it hard for an hour and 15min. ill post work out when i get home
 
I changed my mind, hit another mL in the leg for the hell of it, and now Im off to the gym. Hopefully V has a workout posted when I get back, so I can see him put in work!

Dont worry Bro ince I get off work I am hitting Shoulders and Traps!!

well tonight is my first night ON at the gym so ya, i wonder if the d-bol will kick in, i swear i got a lower back pump today at work and i feel like a million bucks, idk prob just in my head lol...

Back Training 1 Hour & 15 min.

1. Lat Pull Downs Palms Facing Each Other 4x10 reps
lbs=160/200/230/250

2.Lat Pull Down Wide Grip Palms Forward 3x10 reps
lbs=130/160/200

3. Seated Pulley Rows 4x10 reps
lbs=160/200/220/240

4.T bar (no chest support) 4x10 reps, 45LB Plates 3/4/5/5

5.T bar (with chest support) rev Grip 4x 8-10, 45lb plates 2/3/3/4/

6. Dead lifts 3x8-10 reps 45lb plates each side 1/2/3

My quads a little sore today at the injection spot, but its a good sore if you guys know what i mean lol...

This was one of the best work outs I'v had in a long time, I felt like a monster, other people in the gym were tripping out on me. i was drenched with sweat and had an amazing pump, i think its the D-bol, fuck ya this is GREAT!!!
