All lifts are going up quick, my legs are looking better already, strength is insane! this was a very good workout. im going to throw calfs inn on another day also, may be on back night.

8am 2 cups coffee with a little cream and sugar, breakfast burrito 6 eggs, diced red potato's, ham, cheese, ketchup,<<this, I couldn't tell you how much protein, fat, carbs, cals, are in it... thats were i get the "fuck its"

10am 8oz chicken breast sandwich with some BBQ sause 1000ml of water lol.

12pm tuna sandwich,(1 can tuna) 2 cups milk

Haha, I've been stalking everyone daily, no posts up until now because I was getting everything together. I hear you on the explosiveness, dude, I go through bouts of it myself, THANK GOD for the gym!!!

I'll be checking in with you guys more often, set the bar high, brother!

315x4 I didn't wan't to push it with out a spotter (i was the only one in the gym)

3.Decline BB Bench

4. DB Incline Flys

60's x10
60's x10 at the end I would hold them together and press them to failure
