315x6 had the wife spot me lol...

3.Decline BB Bench

135x12 I through these in to get some very controlled reps flexing hard the whole way through

5. Pec Fly Machine

I feel very strong all around to day, I took 40 mgs d-bol 2 hours before my workout, and 3 scoops of Jack3d .5 hour before WO, I felt like a god in there lol... love that feeling, but my joints ar still bugging me i little witch should be gone soon. I also got all 5 meals in so i feel great :D

Are you taking your dbol all at once or spreading it out usually?
was 20mg am 20mg pm but its my last week so im taking 40mgs before my WO

ya i like it better the "feel good" feeling really sets in when taken all at once but i don't know what my liver thinks lol..

hmmm I switch it up through out the year, i know some people talk down on the stuff but i always use some kind of pre WO sup, so there is a few i use m1r being another works great for me. Prince should come out with one for IML.

NO should I? I wouldn't know what to do if it was high, My last cycle was Test Cyp and Deca and I was as red as a fire truck which is I believe caused by high BP, but I'm alive and not red at all this time, so I think im ok

Thats down south from me im up by san francisco, its always hot there but after what you just went through 100+ for over a month, I think it will be good :D

thats what i think...u wont have stable blood levels but hell i like to have a raging workout and not have to remember how many i already took and when to take them...ill be like shit is this number three or four :hmmm:

there is a lot you can do about high BP the Dbol really raised mine i started taking an asprin everyday which has helped a lot. Also Advance cycle support as worked well for me also!

Before going into contest my Liver enzymes were VERY High and was real concerned because of the Dbol and how hard it is on your liver. I took for 3 weeks and went back to Doctor and they had dropped a lot! Still was high but about 50% less! I also think it helps with B.P as well as other things.

Its expensive, but I bought 2 bottles which will get me through a this cycle:winkfinger:.
