Which will total about 4,000 calories

Or should it be more like
2,500?

220g protein
190g carbs
100g fats

What do should I run after I get my body fat down and loose weight and decided to run clen/t3? Please no speeches just an answer I have done a lot of research have the cycles and everything just need help figuring out the diet! Any vitams or anything u guys recommend?

Also if you guys have got any meal or other nutrition plans i would love to hear them and will post results

Be careful with this combo make sure you monitor any and all side effects. You will probably have to tweek the dosages.
 
Yea im starting off at 25 and wont go past 50 for the first cycle! Do you have any input on my diet while doing it? If you do could you help me? Out that would be great.
