I dont think the GI of ots is high enough to put in your PWO shake to replenish blood glycogen and blood glucose levels, as well as spike insulin. Oats is also a slow burning complex Carb which is just going to miss the mark completly.As far as taking you out of a Catabollic condition as soon as your workout has fininshed You would be far better with maltodextrin and dextrose in your shake. (These can be bought at most supermarkets and some supplement compines stock them.)
