100% my second time.....because I'm smart enough to look up the couple answers I was stuck on, hell if you're able to take this test then you're able to google right? It shows more intelligence to use all resources available....![]()
Cause the first try was me pitting my memory against the quiz, the second try was my wit vs. the quiz....Then why didn't you do that on your first try genius?![]()
I disagree with this question and answer:
A stone dropped from a helicopter takes 10 seconds to hit the sea below. What is its final velocity? (Assume that the acceleration due to gravity is 10 m/s2)
100 m/s
The FINAL velocity is 0. The final velocity is reached when the stone reaches the water and stops moving, right? It would only be 100m/s at the moment just prior to hitting the water, but that wouldn't be its final velocity IMHO.
76%, but I disagree with one of the answers personally. The question about relating the muscles of the arm to a lever. I don't feel that a lever would take into account antagonistic muscles - in this case the bicep vs tricep. The pulley just seemed to make more sense even though I know they had very different functions.

I got 80%, but bullshit on some of those questions.
What are the two main functions of fruit for a plant?
1. To attract insects and to protect the seeds
2. To disperse and protect the seeds
3. To disperse the seeds and attract insects
4. To store food for itself and to protect seeds
I don't think 1 is right at all... insects don't really help in seed dispersal. They are too small. Insects aren't really attracted to fruit anyway. They are attracted to the flowers for pollination but that isn't the fruit.
If attracting insects was a function of fruit, you would have to accept 3 and 1 as correct answers too (especially if you believe 2 is correct also)
D-
Science is for queers who can't get laid anyway.
I agree.

I also missed these:
Comets are composed of ____ left over from the formation of our solar system.
Dirty ice ...I think I put iron or something like that
and this one too:
_____ are hurtling through space and not captured in Earth's atmosphere.
Meteoroids
I put meteors instead...I know meteorites were only called meteorites until they landed on earth.
