does anyone have a link to view the booklet online? i had it like 15 years ago and i'd like a newbie friend to see it.....thanks
 
please somebody find this for me....it was online a couple years ago and i can't find it now......
 
If you still have the old link, try the "wayback machine". Internet archive often keeps these old gems.
 
You mean someone actually considered that a "gem"?

it's probably the most basic booklet that a beginner should read in addition to Arnold's Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding
 
Think I have it on my computer, when I get home I'll PM you a link.
 
still not finding it.....it was on several sites in the past that had various programs over the years....i wish i remembered which site
