Actually when I would find myself in a jam while cutting I would just find a small drug store and get some nuts and an apple........probably just as bad as the MRP bar though. lol

And better than keeping a bar in your bag...keep a container w/ a srving of protein in it, and a bag of nuts....fat and protein and you're good to go.

Like I mentioned, I really don't eat bars. I was told to stick to real food so that is what I am doing - although I DID NOT know that bars were bad for me on cut so, thanx for that info!
