Im thinking about running a test prop cycle while I'm cutting to preserve muscle mass. I'm thinking of running it 10-12 weeks at 150mg eod. Any input guys? I chose prop to have less water retention
 
I would suggest

150mg prop a week
75-100 winstrol a week
500mg tren ace/masteron prop a week

everything pinned ED to maintain stable blood levels

and clen
 
What's your stats bro? Age,bf%, yrs lifting etc.

This will help us determine what compounds could be best suited for you along side a good diet, and cardio routine.
I wouldn't suggest tren for your second cycle.
Added- the cycle standard donkey laid out is a GREAT cutting cycle, just IMO little early for someone with your prior cycle history.

Cutting is all diet. You don't need anything more than a little prop to preserve muscle mass. What BF% are you trying to get to?
 
Im 24 been lifting since 13 but actually have been serious about for 6 years. I'm 6'3 right now sitting at 240lbs about 16% bf. and usually when I start cutting below that my muscle mass tends to drop. I'd like to see 10% bf with about the same strength that I have
 
I bulked a little bit more than I wanted to. I was up to 255 at the end of my bulk

I was making the assumption that his diet and cardio were on point...probably a bit presumptuous of me..

but i stand by my cycle, especially if Op wants to drop cals enough to get shredded.

tren is best pinned ED for the sake of maintaining steady levels.


that being said, diet and cardio are your best bet.
 
I would stick with the prop only.....

I did what Donkey suggested for a secound cycle to cut and gain strength...

Don't waste strong compounds like that to cut with. Wasnt worth it, stick with something simple especially for cutting, and cut like a mofo w/ massive cardio.

Keeping things simple might be best.. Though testosterone does have a high level of aromatization to estrogen which stores fat/water etc.. it will preserve your muscle..

run it at 75mg ED with either .5mg adex eod or 12.5mg aromasin and use clen, don't use t3
 
Alright. So it would be better to run the test Ed instead of eod? I know prop has a half life of about 3 days. I figured I wouldn't need an ai with it cause of the short Ester meaning it won't really hold water. I'll have some on hand anyways. I'll prolly shoot for a 12 week cycle

sounds like u would benefit from more research..
 
The research that I have done says to shoot it eod
 
eod or ed is fine.... It's a more noticeable difference running stronger compound like Tren Ace with the dips in sides like heavy mood swings and acne and overall well being...

W/ prop you'll be good either or.....

Yeah I still have some Adex left over. I guess I'll run that with it to just keep water down to a minimal

Honestly, all you need is diet, cardio and test, IN THAT ORDER. you don't need to complicate things.

Tren is a VERY harsh compound and can cause issues with BP, insomnia, sweating, rage, cholesterol and liver values. WHY do you want to do this when you can just use test?

Maybe for some better results. I've always been curious about tren. I'll just run tren this winter
