considering a 2 week on 2 week off cycle repeated 3xs of
100 mg anadrol daily
50mg winny daily
400 mg test cyponate weekly.



should i even include the test? dont need any more fat. would like to gain some more lean muscle. been using 300 mg test weekly for 6mos. and just started arimidex for side effects (have beginnings of gyno)

any help appreciated. thanks vets.
 
Lean gains? With Anadrol? I think the Drol could causes bloat and water retention more than any other aas. If you diet is on point, there is no reason you should get fat from a cycle of Test and Winny - that is assuming you're in good enough shape to begin with. Is the Winny oral or depot? When it comes to your goal(s) associated with aas, think Diet first and foremost.

Besides that, you didn't list your stats - any stats - so it's impossible to offer any guidance other than blind advice.

Exactly....things like age, gender, weight, bf%, years training, previous cycles, etc. You may be 16 for all we know....

48yrs old 200lbs working out 6 years . diet is fair.
winny is oral (liquid).

im not sure what my bf % is but i would like to have more muscle mass while decreasing bf.

im in good physical condition just want to improve.
i read there is a synergy between the anadrol and winny? dont know im only just beginning trying to learn.

At 48yoa you'd probably be over-doing with Drol, Winny and Test - especially for a first cycle. I'd forget the Drol if I were you. At 200lbs, it's important to list your height b/c this gives somewhat of an idea of what type of build you have. Additionally, can you be more specific as far as your caloric intake? Having a "Fair" diet as you stated will interfere with your goal of improving LBM. I'd advise getting disciplined with diet FIRST and get used to a much-improved cleaner diet for a couple of months prior to incorporating aas into your life. You'll be ahead of the game once you're diet is squared away. There are some real diet gurus in this forum who can assist you in that category. I can only go so far as to recommend the proper protein intake and calories overall should be in the range of 3,500 - 4,000 but quality calories. No shit, fast food, cake, cookies, etc. Moderate fat and carbs of which other bros can specify are in order as well. Protein intake on gear ought to be in the range of 1.5 - 2 grams per lb of BW. Therefore, 200 x 1.5 = 300 grams protein daily AT LEAST. Hydration canNOT be over-emphasized either.

You'll also need to run an AI (I also run Proviron along with an AI suc as 0.5mg of Arimidex EOD) and then pct to follow 2 weeks after last shot of test. PCT would start with 100mg Clomid ED first week, 75mg ED 2nd week and 50mg ED weeks 3 & 4. Some recommend running Aromasin alongside the Clomid during PCT. Furthermore, some recommend running HCG during cycle in order to prevent testicular atrophy. I personally do not run hcg b/c I am not bothered by my "boys" taking time off.

A moderate beginners cycle would be something like 400-500mg EW of Test Cyp for 10-12 weeks. You could use the Winstrol towards the latter half of cycle to help harden your gains and "cut up." 50mg of Winstrol Depot injected daily would/should suffice. However, injections should be done if, and only if, you are well-versed and competent of proper injection technique.

But no gear use should take place for you until you are schooled in the diet dpmt. You don't know your BF% but this is one of many critical factors when gauging whether you are in a prime position to run a cycle. Also, at 48 yoa you should get your lipids and prostate checked first. As you can see, if you are interested in doing it the right way, there's a LOT to consider.
 
You can't go 2wk's on then take off 2wk's. You need a SHIT ton more research bro.
