D-Bol dosage

Just wondering what the general consensus is about d-bol dosing: All at once or spread out all day. In the past, I have spread the dose out, but due to the 50mg tabs I have currently, I have been taking the whole dose 1 hour prior to training. I have not noticed any difference between the two methods, despite the short half life of d-bol. Any opinions?
 
I think it's always best to spread it out minimum 2x, preferably even 3x b/c of the short half lives of orals. But I've heard of some taking it all at once. One person even claimed there are less sides if you do take it all at once but I'm not sure if I believe that.
 
If you can't split the pill, take it 2 hours prior to workout.

^Some swear by this method. I've done both, and I really can't tell much difference.

You're exactly right blerg. Some may argue but this works best. People tend to overthink things.

Blerg, I had heard that orals were better absorbed on an empty stomach? Do you disagree? Looking for your opinion....

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong but I believe 17aa orals can be absorbed just as good on a full stomach as they can be on an empty.
 
I think 1 about evry 4 hours...but thats just the way ive always done it..a friend of mine takes it 2 hours before and 2 hours after workout no matter what time of day it is. Also i take mine on full stomach, if i dont i get stomach cramps. Hope this helps

I'm about to switch to 50's so I'll just do one in the morning before training and one in the afternoon. I don't really think it will matter.

That's how I take the GP 50s and HOT DAMN - working just like it should and then some. I almost wish they were 40mg instead of 50!
