Just curious as to whether gear would help a damaged rotator cuff, and if so. What type of gear would best suit it?

your rotator cuff is comprised of four tendons, not muscles. Therefore anabolic steroids will not aid in speeding up recovery. They will mask the pain a bit, but not help the tendons repair themselves. Most likely the steroid that chang is mentioning was a corticosteroid to help inflammation. The best thing you can do with a rotator cuff injury is rest it. That is unless the tendons are completely torn...then you'll need surgery.
I have "hurt" my shoulders before and never bothered to pinpoint the injury but I've always had luck with Igf-lr3 and/or MGF to remedy the situation.
As far as cortisone goes, from what I've heard it will just mask the injury, and continued use will destroy the joint over time all together. Any truth to that?
so ur saying igf1 on its own is better than hgh and igf1 together???
Would IGF-1 help at all with bersa injuries as well?
i am saying HGH and var because he said its for his girlfriend
i do not know how women would use igf-1 dosage wise.
LMFAO!!!
Nah, the girlfriend is fine! It's the wife who has a shoulder injury.
I agree i have touched my chest though in like a month other the stretching and pushups...doc said that it could be upto a year before its even back o recovery so im trying to doing something with that will speed up my recovery especially with the invironment i work in. and from the sounds of it IGF is my best bet right now...Resolve the issue that caused the problem in the first place. Muscle imbalance, improper movements.... etc.
What good is the healing if it will just reoccur?
Thanks a lot!
