Just curious as to whether gear would help a damaged rotator cuff, and if so. What type of gear would best suit it?

I have the same problem and I'm sure that it's a steroid because the nurse who gave me the shot when I was in the ER said it's a steroid. I can't remember the name of it to save my life! I'll check with my doctor today and find out what it is.

Deca or Npp will help.
Going to be running it myself as my rotator cuffs are fucked.

Your rotator cuff is comprised of four tendons, not muscles. Therefore anabolic steroids will not aid in speeding up recovery. They will mask the pain a bit, but not help the tendons repair themselves. Most likely the steroid that Chang is mentioning was a corticosteroid to help inflammation. The best thing you can do with a rotator cuff injury is rest it. That is unless the tendons are completely torn...then you'll need surgery.

bingo

lmao. the nurse in the ER gave you cortisone. it is a steroid but not an aas. ur not gonna get anything beneficial to bb with cortisone shot lmao

I have "hurt" my shoulders before and never bothered to pinpoint the injury but I've always had luck with Igf-lr3 and/or MGF to remedy the situation.

rotator injuries need time to heal.... its a serious surgery and could hang up ur lifting career....

i busted a bersa (spelling) a sack of fluid that lubes the shoulder joint.... took me out the game for 6 months. shots of cortisone and physical therapy.

shoulder injuries are not fun

agree with that im getting ready to start lgf-lr3 for my pec i just tore.

Resolve the issue that caused the problem in the first place. Muscle imbalance, improper movements.... etc.

What good is the healing if it will just reoccur?

Ok, thanks for all the good info, it isn't for me though. My wife injured her rotator cuff a few years ago, and doesn't want surgery. I've heard of some AAS helping with injuries before, and was just curious as to wether I could put her on a small dose to help heal it any, as it still bothers her when she is doing certain activities.

Thanks again, Regards

As far as cortisone goes, from what I've heard it will just mask the injury, and continued use will destroy the joint over time all together. Any truth to that?

form all the choices for women

im telling you

1.5iu hgh 5-10mg anavar

Yes there are concerns with repeated cortisone injections in the joint. Thinning of Cartilage, and weakening of the ligaments.

So a low dose of hgh, and a low dose of anavar, may help? Would this be a weekly thing, and how long if/when she decides to do it should she continue the treatment?

IGF-1 is one of the most promising compounds for injury and tendon repair/regrowth. It will be much more effective then HGH + Var....

Someday people will listen to me

so ur saying igf1 on its own is better than hgh and igf1 together???

Not sure where you got that from.....

I'm saying I would do IGF-1 for injury repair over HGH + var

-T

Sorry Twist, I haven't really looked into the HGHs and other growth hormones, I just assumed IGF-1 was an HGH. Will do some reading into it, so I know more about that aspect of AAS. Gathering by the fact that you included no AAS at all, I'm assuming that really no AAS compound will help at all.

i am saying HGH and var because he said its for his girlfriend

i do not know how women would use igf-1 dosage wise.

LMFAO!!! :roflmao:

Nah, the girlfriend is fine! It's the wife who has a shoulder injury.

I agree i have touched my chest though in like a month other the stretching and pushups...doc said that it could be upto a year before its even back o recovery so im trying to doing something with that will speed up my recovery especially with the invironment i work in. and from the sounds of it IGF is my best bet right now...

This is no lmao matter!

Thanks a lot!

Yep, I checked with my doctor and it turn out to be some kind of steroid.
I had x-rays done yesterday and the doctor arrange for appointments for physical therapy and orthopedics. I have use an injection of deca and sustanon at 1,000mg/ml sometime ago and the pain was alleviate for about a month and two weeks. Not bad.
Good luck to you in getting the help you need.
