Still nothing. Has anyone waited this long and still got their stuff?

I understand about the holidays in Europe and what not. I hope everyone is right and my stuff arrives.

Look in this forum and you will see lots of guys saying they got there gear and you too will get your gear.

they say 21 "working days". that's over a month in real time.
 
Hang in there . It will come. One order took 40 days while my recent order took 17.
 
Mine took 32 days... and yea they say 21 days not including weekends so thats 4 weeks and 1 day...
 
Epic snowstorms on both sides of the pond , major religious holidays on both as well, all equal some delays, no doubt. yes ppl have waited that long nonwithstanding these factors and recieved their letters still.

mine was shipped dec 21st,now jan 29th,nothing...but then you got posts from other members they waited 2 weeks????
 
Yeah you will get it.. I am running 30 days exact right now.. have 2 days left estimated.. Dont worry though bro.. U will get it.. I have had a few other orders placed and all took about 3 days past the estimated time to get here.. So next week ill get 2 orders for a full 35 days about.. It will come..
 
i have waited 2 weeks one order,, 3 weeks for another.. 32 days for one... and approx 35 for these two combined orders i did recently. It varies.. You can either buy off the streets for even more money spent or wait some time and get it cheaper if not better grade.. I personally would purchase a month before needing it or more to be safe.
 
I've got stuff in as little as just over a week, up to 6 weeks. But they have always come.

If it hasn't arrived after 6 weeks, I'd get a ticket in on the site and contact GXR64 here. The possibility of it getting snagged somewhere along the way is not out of the question. naps will make it right if so.
 
yeah well from dec 21st till now is well over the time,i did open a ticket and they said give it till the end of this week,it just sucks tis being my first order and all,this has never happened to me i've been doin this for 7 yrs with another site,and now that i found a new home this bullshit,not on my second third fourth etc,no on my fuckin first...just ventin..thanks...
 
well they just hit me back sayin there goin to reship,i also did tell them if by some crazy chance that 6 week order finds its way to my box,i will be in touch and i will pay for it.
 
Hang in there. A little more patience and you'll be pleasantly surprised. My friend's order shipped and THEN took 35 days to arrive. Holidays definately caused packages to move like pond water. Very slow process out of Naps control. If they said it shipped then have faith.
 
yeah well it seems like new england is doin all the waitin ,i to am in new england.

me too, its been shipped for 6 weeks no. hopefully it comes soon. on the plus side they have been responding to emails and questions promptly unlike some other sites i wont name
 
From everything I've read and soooo many happy customers,I'm sure it'll come in..I too am waiting on an order I placed mid january,but naps got back with me asap and said please give it another week..

GXR, i submitted a ticket asking how i would know when it was reshipped....my answer: "Order is being reshipped, tracking for it will be available 15 days after ship date." Is this normal?? 15 days? Anyone?
 
I am waiting on order shipped 1/18....my first order. Did submit ticket and was asked to wait. I am in western states. Hope it arrives soon.
 
Still nothing. Evidently it claims it was "shipped" in their system. I didn't get anything. No reship. No refund. $750 dollars. No big deal, right? I'm never fucking using naps again. Period.
 
Sorry to hear it taken so long for y'all luckily my package just showed up it was nerve racking wait tho especially. After reading so of yalls post. Good luck.

Holy shit bro,that sucks...surely naps has to have a way to tell if it arrived/like a tracking #..if not how would they know if someones lying when they say it never showed up..

Seems like they would only be hurting thereselves. By not providing there customers with a tracking #..but idk..maybe I'm wrong..
