dextrose and Protein Post/after workout

dextrose and Protein before/after workout

Hi every body,,



I have been advised for the following post/after workout shake

Before workout shake= 22 gr protein + 50 gr carbs + mulitvits + 1 banana
After workout shake= 44 gr protein + 30 gr carbs + I banana

Simply, Is this OK?

Note: currently I am cutting and take ECA stack three times a day in the morning, 30 minutes before lunch, and 30 before workout.

My current weight is 210 lb 25% bodyfat

thats too many carbs if ur cutting u dont need 30g of carbs plus a banna post workout IMO
 
by the way post workout and after workout are the same thing? surely you mean pre workout and post workout

50 grams of carbs is fine PWO during a cut. I would get 30 grams from whole oats and then 20 from the banana...
