Stretch before and after you work out. It is important to do them as often as possible. No set routine, just get it done. I even stretch during my workout, in between sets, to help me squeeze in a few more reps.
I have a light CV warm-up and strech before my workout
then I stretch the muscles being worked inbetween lifts... apparently this helps open up and get blood into the muscles your working
then i will just have a light stretch and a shower after my workout
might try steam rooms/saunas, are they worth having after a heavy weights session... i've been told they can aid recovery, with that in mind could i expect to see a increase in gains?
