I dont think so smoking hurts muscle gain But if you smoke before game it will decrease your stamina (What i have observed) Even after having game dont smoke at once wait for some time But the best thing for gym fellows is to quit smoking...
I use to train then smoke and my appetite was insane from it. Put on the most mass in my life from smoking. Just make sure u have good already prepared otherwise ur lazy ass will grab the first thing to eat and that's usually bullshit food
