Hey, I'm new here, so I'm sorry if I posted this in the wrong section.
I just came here to find out how to drop some weight, I'm currently 6' @ 205lbs, and (according to the height/weight body fat percentage calculator) @ 29% (60lbs) of fat. I'm just looking to get down to around 185. I have 14" arms, and around a... 36" waist? Most of my weight, as I've seen, is in my stomach and thighs
, would you recommend a dietary change (I eat whatever I want, whenever I want at the moment, and I despise fish, so there goes a bunch of possible protein), or exercising? I've got my own (probably inefficient) separate workout for my arms, but I seem to be getting some results from it, although I'd welcome any suggestions for building biceps/getting more cut tris/getting bigger forearms.
I am willing to change my diet as much as it takes for me to drop those 20lbs, possibly more. As long as there is no fish, I'm fine with it.
