Someone said this to me today, just to confirm, it's rubbish right? Even if the calories came from clean foods, the body doesn't work like that does it? Apart from the fact that your body takes a while to adjust to a new diet, and say my metabolism was suited to 2500 calories a day, I couldn't just eat anything up to 4000 and just increase cardio. Or could I?
