I eat dinner at 5:30 and workout everyday at 7, is this beneficial for gaining mass or should I eat after? Also what about cardio days, eat dinner before or after.I lft 3 days and cardio 3 days....Thanks, Mike
Both, before and after, if it can only be one or the other, then eat after you work out.
On cardio days, I would say eat after only, this way you'll be more likely to burn fat rather than food that you ate a couple hours before.
