so i work alot and do not get much time to plan alot of meals out. so i like things i can quickly grab at work that are pretty healthy snacks every couple hours. i go to the grocery store every morning and grab some fresh fruit and a bag of mixed fresh veggies, also get plain rice cakes and fresh peanut butter to put on them.

what do you guys and gals like to grab quick who have a busy schedule? give me some more ideas!

Protein pudding - 1/2 scoop whey protein mix + 1/2 scoop casein protein mix + 1-2 tbls natty PB + enough water to make mush out of it.

Amounts of protein mix can be varied for whatever total g. protein you want. I also like to include casein because it mixes up a little thicker than regular whey isolate.

Very easy to whip up and travels well. I can't stomach protein shakes anymore so this is a great alternative when I have about 2 minutes to shovel down a meal.

If I must I'll have a bar.

Oats and egg whites are easy and take a minute to prepare.

Tuna and whole wheat pasta.

Extra lean ground beef and whole wheat rice.

Its all about being prepared. Make your meals the night before.

Protein bar/shake, cottage cheese, peanut butter on whole wheat bread, almonds...

nuts of some kind, beef jerkey and for a quick meal chicken in a can it is bascialy protien in a can drain the water out and eat one whole can like 75 grams of protein or somthing like that.

It may not be a "health food" per se but beef jerkey from the gas station comes in handy quite handy.

Peanut, whey frozen fudge. (fudge made from chocolate whey and milk) and add some chocolate chips....you spiked after your workout and you just ate something tasty...

apples pb, celery pb, eggs on toast, nuts, berries, fiber one bar, smoothy made with greek yogurt, oats whey and pb slop.... ect

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
Fresh berries and cottage cheese or tuna and rice cakes

The berries really help if you crave something sweet!

I used to sneak out of work when I got hungry to
visit a grocery store that was about a 5 minute
run away. These are typically the things I took
with me:

Strawberries
Dried Fruit (apricot, prunes)
Sprouted multi (grain/seed) bread
Monterey Jack, Brie & Camembert Cheese
Ham, Franks
Soy Milk
Tuna

I like these foods because you didn't need any utensils
or anything... just eat.

Have you gone over your grocery store isle by isle to find
what like?

BTW: don't rice cakes have a very high glycemic index?
I generally avoid this food for that reason.

I???m bulking at the moment so I keep my food intake constant throughout the day. So far I haven???t noticed any significant spikes (or dips) from eating these about twice a week.
Not the best carb source but helps with getting the tuna down!
