What is a food that isn't high in calories or fat but fills you up? Prefferably something easy to eat when you're hungry.

I've found that a couple of baby carrots with a little FF ranch dressing are good to have around when I can't make it to the next meal.

VEGGIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :chomp: fiberous ones!

Dude I would say you could eat peanuts, Almonds, Walnuts, my nutz, reallly high in calories, High in fat, helps out your protein intake, and easy to take places...I guess what I am saying is that I am into nuts....hahahah Just kidding...damn, a post like this could ruin a guys rep....

Spot on:thumb:
All vegetables are nutrient dense, yet sparse in calorie content. Therefore, they increase satiety (A new tool for measuring and eliminating hunger while helping with blood sugar control. just type it into google etc.) and make dieting easier. They keep blood sugar concentrations steady so that your protein supplements are channelled towards building muscle and not energy production. These factors are essential to building lean muscle mass.
Increasing your vegetable intake will build you more muscle and enable rapid fat loss. A high intake of vegetables every day is the secret to dramatic changes in body composition. In fact, a high intake of vegetables will enable your supplements to work more effectively. Vegetables are naturally high in fibre yet low in calorie content, a high intake of vegetables provide bulk to the diet that tricks the metabolism into staying elevated because of the large volume of food the body has to process.

If I am still wanting something after I've eaten all my meals I have sf jello:)

Veggies, Cottage Cheese, and Nuts!!!

try brushing your teeth, it can fool yourself into thinking you already ate, and also ever tried to taste something after you just brushed? Things taste kinda nasty

Water can also fool you into thinking that you're full.
Sometimes it's not hunger but appetite and that can be hard to supress with just water.

Conversely being dehydrated can also give a false feeling of hunger...

Green vegies or an apple with water.

You could even try some sugar-free chewing gum...I don't know why, but sometimes I guess it keeps my chompers satisfied until the next meal rolls around. Plus, as mentioned above, a nice bottle of water can do wonders!
