First time poster, long time reader. After some advice & opinions on running my first cycle.
Bare Essentials - 5'10, 170lbs, sitting at around 16-20% bf.
Ive been training on & off for 3 years, and last 6 months have been serious, in terms of my nutrition intake, & training consistancy. Am needing to get in shape in the space of 3 months (12 weeks).
I'm wanting to get much leaner (ideally sit around 10%) while putting on size.
Contemplating running
Tren 100mg Eod
Test P 100mg eod
& Stana-50.
Contemplating either a 6 or 8 week cycle.
