First go at some Peptides

Just use the Saturation Dose

100mcg of each is all you need for effective gh pulses, But to induce hunger with the GHRP-6 you want 150-170mcg.

The CJC-1295 comes in 2mg vials so if i where to mix that with 2ml of bac water.
I would have 1ml=1000mcg ?

Trying to figure out how many vials i am going to need for 6 month,
During the course of this i will save up for more.

What I've heard that works best is 2ml in the CJC/GRF. That's 1000mcg/ml. Then put 3ml in the GHRP and that's 1666mcg/ml. So each shot you get 100mcg of CJC and 166mcg of GHRP.

The GHRP will last 10 days at 492mcg/day or 3 doses. And the CJC will last 6.5 days at 300mcg/day. So take that into account when ordering.
 
166mcg for Ghrp6 for the hunger induced aspect, but as far as a GH pulse goes, 100mcg will not differ from 166mcg

Someone suggested throwing in some HGH Fragment (176-191) to top it off.
 
166, in theory, should give a slightyly higher pulse. 100 is the typical saturation dose (depending upon the persons weight) but you can still get a higher pulse out of higher doses....its just that your returns begin diminishing. For example...the pulse difference between 50mcgs and 100mcgs is MUCH greater than 100mcgs and 150 mcgs. Once you go over the saturation dose the dose response curve becomes much less steep and you get less bang for your buck so to speak.

Interesting been reading a lot about this.
Seems like it works better with smaller doses more time during the day.

So for you the saturation dose is probably actually nearer to 90. 100 has just been used as the "universal saturation dose" because it is a nice and easy to remember number and is usually close enough and always an effective dose. I weigh 200 as well and actually try to dose nearer to 90 then 100. Trying to save a BIT of money.

^^^This is what I have read as well. Anything over 100mcg of a GHRP will give you a greater pulse, but with diminishing returns the higher you go.

Too expensive for me lol. From what I understand though it is fine to take with peptides and that youd want to take your dose about 10-15 minutes after taking a peptide dose.

And on another note, taking frag along with the other peptides wouldnt be of much benefit. You could take them at separate times of the day; but then again you could just increase the frequency with which you use peptides. I like dosing up to 5 times a day sometimes. Gives a great pump. But taking ghrp/ghrh at the same time as frag would be a waste of money.

Second shot should be POST workout, not preworkout...
 
Make sure to try and dose on an empty stomach. Or when your stomach is empty of fats and carbs. Two hours post meal is good. Protein does not effect pulse amplitude but fats and carbs do. Then wait 20 minutes or so after dosing to consume fats and carbs.

I use Isopure's carb free whey quite a bit for this reason; I can fit it in anywhere to match my dosing protocol as it does not interfere with GH release.
 
And dont be afraid to dose more than 3 times per day if you want. I personally will sometimes wake up in the middle of the night, dose, and then go back to bed.
 
Empty stomach.
going to be tough as i love to eat lol.

Think i will start with 3 doses per day then maybe go upto 4 after 3-6 month

Hopefully i will see some really good gains.

The only side I have noticed so far that could be viewed as negative was a little water retention.

After the 567 week cycle Blaze just ran, I doubt he's going to be worried about a little water retention :lol:
 
Some people notice a little water retention, numbness in the hands, appetite increase, better sleep, worse sleep, numbness in the hands. I dont think that GH causes bones to grow; peoples jaws actually arent getting bigger, but their TMJ's might be hypertrophying some like "GH gut" in which the organs appear hypertrophied. This is actually associatted with chronically elevated IGF-! levels. Which GH causes because it causes GH to constantly "bleed" out of the pituitary, which your body is not used to becuase it releases GH in spikes. Peptides also release GH in spikes which mimicks your bodys natural pattern and do not chronically elevate IGF-1 levels unless you begin dosing 6 or 7 times per day. So with peps you generally avoid almost any real major side effects.
 
I was under the impression GH gut was caused from insulin usage.

Sub-Q, wherever youre comfortable doing so. I use a 30 guage slin pin. Pretty painless.

Dose preferably after you havent eaten carbs or fat for a couple of hours. Protein is fine. If your goal is anabolism then you can begin eating protein right away after you dose and add carbs and fat 20 minutes or more later. If fat-loss is your goal then the longer you wait to eat the better.

A great way to burn fat is to inject in a fasted state upon waking. Then wait for 60 minutes (enough time for the GH to release fatty acids from fat stores) and do 30-60 minutes of cardio, and then remain fasted for two more hours after cardio.

I like hitting my shoulders more than any place else it seems. Personal preference.

I've always wanted to do this, but not eating for 3+ hours after waking is just too damn hard. Not only from a hunger standpoint due to the GHRP-6, but also trying to jam in my daily cals in a shorter period of time. I eat every 2 hours as it is just to get all the cals I need in a day.
