Right now my BF is around 12%, and my entire body doesn't look rip but it's not loose or flabby either. However, my triceps are the only muscle group that looks extremely loose and flabby, despite how much hardwork I tried working it.
Now, should I wait till I cut and bring my BF till under 10% to see whether will things turn out better, or is there anything wrong with my tris? Cuz they are the only loose muscle while the rest are fine, which is really annoying. What should I do?
