:hmmm: would it be fine to BUY fried fish fillet and remove the skin??? or still I won't be able to get rid of the saturated fats and oil absorbed??I'm asking this question because sometimes I'm on a low carb diet and i'm not able to find a lean protein to eat when i'm not home..:daydream:

I would believe it would be a better option to get it in it's original state and grill it. I wouldn't trust that fried food even if you did take off the skin.

grilled is much harder for me to buy and takes a long time to be prepared...
also fried fillet will be much cheaper .. that's why i was asking :) ......

good question....:hmmm:

I would stay away from that. No way. It's precooked and you are already dealing with transfat. Just get frozen or fresh and cook it yourself.
