would it be fine to BUY fried fish fillet and remove the skin??? or still I won't be able to get rid of the saturated fats and oil absorbed??I'm asking this question because sometimes I'm on a low carb diet and i'm not able to find a lean protein to eat when i'm not home..
I would believe it would be a better option to get it in it's original state and grill it. I wouldn't trust that fried food even if you did take off the skin.
