I have read about and have a fair understanding of front loading. My question for some experienced users is this though,
Would back loading, larger dose the last few days of a cycle make any positive difference?
More specifically, EQ and NPP are good for athletes in that they have positive benefits for endurance, RBC and so forth. If the week or few days prior to an event requiring endurance you were to back load double the dose of NPP would it make any positive difference or just be asking for trouble?
