hi guys i have a question about cutting. i heard that if you are trying to lose weight sugars are very bad, and you have loss all your chances of losing weight if there is sugar in the diet.

so my question is what about natural sugars from fruits for when cutting. i know fruit is really good for you and should be in your diet when bulking, but what about for cutting.

but i do have something els to say which i hope someone could help me out with. i was on a religious holiday for 4 weeks, and i didint have much to eat there and was accepting to lose weight because of this. but when i got there, there was a gym close to were i was staying so i was able to workout. so i was pretty much forced to go on a 4 week cut because i was eating a lot lesser than usual and still working out. but during this time allthough i wasnt eating a lot i was haveing a lot of fizzy drinks, manly coke cola, (about 2-3 cans a day) which has alot of sugar. anyway when i got back which was about 5 weeks ago i had lost 8lbs.

i dont think much, if any of it was muscle, becuase i could still lift the same amount as usual and my measurements on my arms and chest were the same, but my wast was smaller my 1.5 inches. so how did i lose 8lbs of fat when having so much sugar.

It is fine..... Just account for it in your daily calories.

The only time it may be of concern is the final stages of prep for a show.
