Hey I plan on starting this late by September to early October.

Week 1-4 Test E 750mgs/week
Week 1-4 Deca Durabolin 450mgs/week
Week 5-12 Test E 1000mgs/week
Week 5-10 Deca Durabolin 600mgs/week

I want to kickstart with an oral for the first four weeks. I was planning to use Dbol at 30mgs per day, but am contemplating using anadrol. Dose would start at 100mgs per day and if need more I would bump it up.
About the Anadrol... Is it possible to keep some gains from the anadrol? Enough to use it instead of dbol? From what I've heard so far anadrol is mostly just water so I would assume once its out of the cycle those gains just go away. I'd like opinions from people who have run both please.

Yes Sd is correct, however if its your first time with drol and you only run 30mg dbol i would start drol at 50mg. 100 mg is not ridiculous however most people get neg sides at that dose, plus usually 100mg kills appetite, and greatly increases risk of gyno. Drol is awesome but harsh i wouldnt start 100mg. I have run drol a few times and i dont like 100mg, sides get intense and appetite is gone, also drol gives me acid reflux.
 
drol makes the front of my calves ache like a bitch.. pretty sure it's blood pressure related

other than that, i never got any sides from drol except elevated enzymes

Of course. You're going to lose substantial weight from water retention upon cessation of drol, but the LBM gains can most certainly be maintained. Don't let anyone tell you different.

That's just not true, man. Will drol put on substantial water weight? Sure. And that will shed after the drug has left your system, and there's no reason for that to influence your ability to maintain a respectable portion of gains in LBM.

Bro IMO drol puts on less water than dbol ! But here is what I would do and I'm dead serious , flame me for it if you want but I'm telling you the shit works great ! I would run 50mg drol in the A.M and take 25mg dbol thought the day ! Cut the pills up Idc but split it up !! They work so well together man and only 4 weeks your liver will be fine , I know a few monsters on here who tell me to do this for 8 weeks lmao, 4 weeks is good though ! The dbol will bloat you but the drol keeps you a little harder and gives you crazy strength Gains !! I love the synergetic eeffect of these two together ! Running anadrol alone I get anxiety side effects , running dbol alone I get to bloated , but together I get less bloat , more strength , and zero sides , swear ZERO Sides !! Ok I get acne that's all ! Take this into consideration brotha ! I'm serious

Diet is more like 90% imo. My diet will be on point, 4000plus calories to start and go up if i need to. Do we really need to ask this question over and over? Training will be like it always is, very intense heavy lifting the way it should be done on anabolics.

Love this idea. The anadrol I will be getting are 25mg, and dbol will be 10mg per pill. I'll run it 1 of each 3x/day.Thanks Bro

Diet and training have a synergistic relationship, and neither factor alone accounts for 75% of a bodybuilder meeting his/her goals. You won't be able to train optimally without first fine-tuning your diet. And likewise, it is impossible to fully capitalize on the nutrients you feed your body if you're not training effectively. In prioritizing what is required for success in most any athletic sport (especially bodybuilding), you just can't isolate diet from training.
 
I agree and disagree. IMO diet is more important than training, they do obviously go hand in hand though. I think you'd get better results from an awesome diet and mediocre training than busting your ass and eating like shit/not enough etc. As long as you train the basic compound exercises 3-4x a week with moderate intensity then you will have good results if your diet is totally on point. On the other hand 5x a week with a scientifically designed routine using the absolute "best" exercises, best rep range, perfect rest times etc. but eating 100g protein a day and 2000cals IMO will give you inferior results to the first case

I don't really know what I'm saying, I pretty much agree with you but I feel like being difficult :P
 
Without good diet, your training will suffer. Your diet is the most important factor if you want to get the most out of your training. Hands down. When your diet is fine tuned to what you want to do,ie, bulk or cut, than add the anabolics to get that much more out of it. This is my opinion .
 
Forgot to mention rest as well. Lots of rest is good unless you run tren lol. Than good luck with that!

why do you have your doses lower for the first 4 weeks?
most people i know run higher doses for the first few weeks of long esters to get a stable blood level first.

just wondering your reasoning?
 
To be honest I will be only upping the dose if I`m not satisfied with the results. This is just an outline.

why would anyone flame you for this? a lot of people (myself included) run drol + dbol.
 
idk, lots of guys would give me hell saying "man your fucking your liver, blah blah blah" hehe :0 truth be told, that is easier on your liver than 100mg of drol or 50mg dbol, if not the same stressful wise.

Nah. Last time I ran this cycle I had some underdosed shit. Think I'll start at 500 test and 300 deca. What's your thoughts brotha? I'm 5"7 205 about 16% bf right now. Cutting right now on test prop and tren ace. Weights been steady and getting leaner. I like the sound of 450 for the deca betterto be honest.
 
Just 50mg of anadrol ed will be plenty enough for your first time!Strength and mass out of this world! Anadrol is the best bulking agent based on my own experience!
