Thanks Andrea. My diet is not quite perfect-the thing is with these tiny little treats every now and then, I am still droping weight very easily. Im not having any huge cravings either, so why change things, ya know?:shrug:

What are your goals Jilly? Are you going for fat loss? How much? Are you planning on competing or is this just for yourself? Sorry if you've already listed this stuff elsewhere in your journal..but I'm a :spaz: and need extra help :lol: as I ride the blue bus with my special helmet

My goals-to lose about 10 more pounds (already down 16 from June:D ) and to gain a bit more muscle.

Oh, and for meal 1-everything is mixed all together, and nuked for about 20-25 seconds. Topped with the sf jam. It really tastes like cake:lick:
