:yell: I'm starving my ass of and I come here and read someone bitching about having to eat all this food:yell::fire:

I guess the next thread is going to be someone complaining about getting too much oral sex.:D

There's no such thing as too much oral sex.

too little?

is it me, or does 2800 seem like too little to bulk? Im in no way an expert, but i just started my first bulk and basically ever calculation i do sets my bulk cal requirement at 3200-3300. Im 24, ~162lbs. Am i too high?

yes 2800 is not alot to bulk on...i am a chick and 150lbs and take in 2500 and still losing bf%

It depends on your metabolism. Not just how much you weigh.

yah your right i geuss his metabolism is really slow.

thanks for letting me know Jodi.

sounds like a good plan ;)
i knew that your metabollism wasnt too slow cause you look like you have some good muscle mass.
keep at it :thumb: and eating will become really pleasurable :D

oohh.. good question.. somebody please say yes. im finding myself more strict bulking then i was cutting :(

You should limit your cheat meals. Bulking doesn't mean free for all. You have to be careful of gaining too much fat and if you just let loose, sure you'll gain muscle but a hell of alot of fat to go with it. Then your cut is going to take alot longer than wanted. I'm on a clean bulk and will have the occasional cheat meal but nothing too obsurd.

Dones - due to your history of obesity, I would say you need to be careful with your metabolism. You've been cutting for many years and even though you have mass it doesn't mean you have a screaming metabolism. Don't go all out, be careful and increase as needed.

i cheat once a week for one hour...and try not to cheat anyother times...if i do it is after a workout.

dude, from the looks of you, i wouldnt worry about a little fat.

if you're gonna bulk, EAT! I eat every 2 hours, as much as i can.

you dont look like you have a problem with fat so just eat big bro. besides, people like us with fast metabs. can always lose it no prob.

dont worry about a cheat meal man. Dont make it an every-meal habit (to eat shitty food all day everyday). Just eat a ton of clean food, then when its neccessary, eat a cheat meal....

I forgot about your history, Don. I agree with Jodi, you're doing the right thing by keeping it clean and increasing your cals conservatively.
Actually, as I recall, I believe I did my share of "venting" when trying to increase my cals/re-set my metabolism.

Keep at it, man!
