I'm 6'1" and used to weigh in at 165 lbs @ 7% body fat. That was when I was in school and was able to nibble on my snacks throughout the day to get in 3200-3500 kcals/day. I was very pleased with the way that I looked but even then wanted to get bigger.
Problem is now I'm done with school and working 11 hours a day 5-6 days a week. I can't nibble on my food throughout the day anymore and am struggling to get in 2600-3000 kcals/day now. Now I'm down to 157 lbs. Leaner than before but I feel small and I struggle to bench 40 lbs under what I used to do. At this point I'd be happy just to get back to a lean 165 lbs and maintain that weight.
I've never really had any fat on me my entire life, so I'm wondering if i should just cram in calories from fruit juices, nutella, chicken wings and w/e else happens to be in front of me. Any advice from other hard gainers or people with small appetites would be very appreciated.
