All abs diet and stuff like that is a big BS. Everyone has abs but it is the matter of them being visible or not?! And that depends on your bodyfat levels. The only way to get abs is to lower your bodyfat. There is no MAGIC way bro.
eat 3-400 calories under maintenance, factor your cardio into your maintenance, lose fat slowly to preserve muscle. Keep protein intake high, that's all there is to it
