Had to do a quick routine tonight. I noticed my knee still had pain, mostly on the leg curls. The pain seemed to be coming from a tendon. I went light tonight.

5 minute warm up on a stationary bike.

Leg Extension

90lbs x 20 reps
90lbs x 20 reps
90lbs x 20 reps

Hack Squats

135lbs x 10 reps
225lbs x 10 reps
225lbs x 10 reps

Leg Curls

90lbs x 10 reps
100lbs x 10 reps
110lbs x 10 reps

Even though this was a short and light routine I had a major pump.
looking good heavy i like it!!!!! hell yea:ohyeah:

all my workouts are no longer than and hour, normally 45 min, and my results have been great, nice work heavy keep it going, looking forward to your progress

Same with me. 45minutes to an hour is perfect.


Just had some PB and a shake...time to hit the wife up for some action...or maybe just get some sleep...lol
 
dont train your legs, theyre not important...

damn! ya im slowly cutting my workout shorter. was at over three hours and now im right at 2...tryin to get it at hr and a half but i just love liftin and lookin big as FUUUUUUUUU

LOL, I'm injured and Im training them. Last comp I was sick for like 4-5 weeks WITH a fever and never missed a session. All the while you were at home eating pizza and making excuses =)

Lots of OTC meds. It sucks but as long as you get sleep, food and control the fever you can push through....that and a few vials of aas...

i always train no matter how sick i am...unless im bed ridden

Lots of pups where I workout.............the old ALPHA DAWG is just going out the door. Jog 2 miles to gym one hour weights- another one hour cardio- jog home- get some pussy- NOW- any other ALPHAS here ? Plus- I just prepared my " magic mix" about two hours ago- anybody guess ? Looks like lots of ALPHA going on here- Enjoy guys-Thanks-OD:winkfinger:
