Doing well brother! I knew you would put on a strong show in this competition.

You got a plan Heavy stick with it. When cutting I made the mistake of going lowcarb/fat for too long and had terrible fatigue couldn't figure out what was wrong but cycling made all the difference. Feel great now and getting cut the fuck up!

Have been on for about 4 weeks now with a 2 week pre light load, and have noticed by accident that a soda here and there has done wonders for muscle fullness, and just a good feeling.... I remember Jay Cutler saying he would have Coke post workout frequently

New low this AM of 231lbs.

I am down 16lbs since the euro-pharmacy blast began. I see an obvious improvement in muscle fullness and loss of fat. It has been more difficult to lose weight this time. I am guessing I will end up with more LBM than my last blast which will be measured by Bod Pod.

Abs

Had to switch to hanging leg raises since my back was thrown out last week. For some reason crunches were too painful.

4 sets for 15 reps

Cardio will be latter today

Carb load today so all meals have higher carbs.

Went to a deep tissue massage therapy session to have them work on my back. They found all kinds of tight muscles in my back and even in my left glute. The session was pretty painful but he was able to get my muscles to release so we will see how much this helps.

LOL, my back looks terrible. Can't do some of the training I want and I hold my fat in my back. It is the last place I drop fat so I have got to get the diet dialed in this week. I'm thinking I may need to lower carbs further but I will see what Total Package says. If so the diet will be hell from here forward.
 
I noticed that too. seems like your back is last to come in, and the conditioning seems 3-5% different once you turn around. I think my legs are going to be the same way. if you have to drop carbs further, all I can say is, have fun lol

Legs can be tough but lower back is usually the toughest. Reach around and grab your lower back fat...see what I mean ;)
 
i just counted mine and i got 5 days left at 40mgs ED
