Help! Pemature ejaculation EVERYTIME!

So like for the last 7-8 years, I've had this problem with cumming way too fast, literally after only about 10-12 strokes. I can last 5 minutes if I'm VERY lucky. I have no problem getting hard, especially when I use cialis if I'fve been drinking. It hasn't always been this way. When I was first with the ex wife, I could go on for a good 30 min and she'd cum 2-3 times. That's not why she's my ex now. She found out I was having no trouble getting my other layd friend off, but that's another thread. lol.

Switch it up. Going back and forth between fucking and going down is how I control it.

I remember when I was younger I could literally fuck an hour or more and never cum, I think it had to be anxiety related or something but I felt like a champ.

I'm the opposite, I used to be quick, but now that I'm in my 30s, I've perfected it. I can hold off for over an hour if I need to. I attribute it to practicing holding it back. It's a form of tantric sex I believe.

Exactly this. Jerk off till your about to cum, then stop, and use those muscles to control everything. Then repeat before you go to far and cum lol!
 
Great advices folks. I think going down on her till she's just about there will do the trick. I did it the other nite and she was just about there. Unfortunately, I'd popped to oxycontins and knocked back about a quart of yager earlier in the evening so there was no way I could get hard. But I think LW & Exphys' advice should do the trick. jerk off 1-2 times BEFORE you have sex with her. should help. and maybe start beating it mutliple times a day so you are able to last longer.

You could also try dapoxentine, look it up. It is sometimes added in stacks which contain cialis/viagra etc.

I looked it up and it looks promising. But, they don't prescribe it in the US&A yet; still in testing. I wonder if there's any site where you can buy the stuff.

GYCH! But, I tried this last nite and it didn't work. I finally got frustrated, so I just shoved the knotted rag up me arse and immediately came like a Mf'cker. :(
 
Just strangle her with an extension cord until shes nearly blacked out. Thats not gonna fix your problem but you might feel better.

It's not common, but there are some chicks who need to be fucked to cum. A firm touch with thumb and fingers might achieve the same but it's not really what they're looking for psychologically and disappointment is more likely even if they orgasm. I had the same issue 3 months before. I used herbal medicine which help me. In addition i also use maxidus which help me to fix premature ejaculation.
