Help! Second PCT?

I did a 12 week cycle of Test E at 500mg a week. Throughout the cycle I was taking Arimidex from CEMProducts.com

At first I was taking .25 every other day but I starting gettin sore/puffy nipples so I increased to .25 every day, a couple weeks went buy and I start .5mg every day but I still had puffy sore nips throughout the cycle.

Afterwards I did Nolva at 40/40/20/20 and continued the arimidex throughout. Here i've been off the nolva for about amonth and my nipples still start throbbing sometimes and they're still puffy. Today I noticed a clear discharge from them

Should I get some Letro and Nolva? How would I go about cycling these two? I have a feeling my arimidex wasn't legit. If it were, I don't see how it could seem to have no effect.
 
sounds bunk.
Be sure to get that letro from a different source, obviously.

Sounds like estrogen rebound...

Start 2.5mg Letro ED and aromasin (Exemestane) 25mg ED until the problem is resolved. Then taper down the Letro daily (2.0/1.5/1.0/0.5/0.25) and continue the aromasin for about three more weeks at 25/12.5/12.5. Hopefully this will resolve the issue.

Wow, thanks for the link those prices are amazing compared to anything else I could find. How much Letro should I order? Are there 2.5mg in every ml? so 30ml would have 30 days worth?

^ this. You messed up on your PCT pretty badly IMO. You should of been using clomid and aromasin. Aromasin 25/25/25/12.5 ed Clomid 100/100/50/25 ed This wouldn't of happened. Do what GMO said or just get Aromasin and run it at 25mg a day for at least 3 weeks if you feel like you didn't recover natural test fully then run a whole PCT with Clomid and aromasin. I don't use letro but it does work well and what GMO said will work. Or like I said run the PCT I advised.
 
I don't think I did recover fully. My energy levels are way down, my stamina in the gym seems to be steadily decreasing, and i feel tired and stressed :(

LOL, I'm going to run a whole nother PCT just to be sure.

The thing is, I want to reverse this gyno...I've read Letro is the most effective way of doing so. I figured doing letro until my symptoms are gone then running a serm for a few weeks to fight any rebound would be the way to go for this...I don't really see another PCT consisting of clomid and aromasin effectively reversing gyno

But would clomid/aromasin effectively reverse gyno like Letro would? I am REALLY set on trying some Letro asap to try to reverse the gyno before it's too late. I really don't want to run another PCT then still have the gyno then have to run letro afterwards. I want to try to reverse it in its earliest stages

Then get started on the Letro and Aromasin, and once you taper off of the Letro, start the PCT that TGB suggested.

Alright, thanks for all the help. This is what i'm going to try. This sucks. I timed everything perfectly to be done bulking and get cut in time for summer and now this happened :(

Ok guys, so I did what I said I was going to.

I took letro and aromasin for about 5 weeks. My nipples were completely back to normal and there was very little puffiness but I've always had a little.

Then I stopped the Letro and started Clomid at 100/100/50/25 and tapered off the aromasin 25/25/25/12.5

...I finished the clomid and aromasin a few days ago and my nipples are soooo sore feeling, the lumps are already starting to form, and clear liquid is coming out again...

What the heck do I do??? Do I need to get some more aromasin and take it longer and taper off again? Get some Nolva to protect against gyno until my leves are normal? what? help!?
 
didn't hear too many good things about CEM.. wouldn't been surprised if it was bunk or underdosed

who did you buy the letro, clomid and aromasin from? were your nipples feeling okay during PCT?

If you have extra letro left.. i'd hop back on it.. remember to taper letro though.. it can rebound.
 
I got all three from Extreme Peptides. During PCT the puffiness went down and the lumps completely disappeared but my nipples only felt "normal" for maybe the last week on letro.

I'm out of letro, should I get more aromasin??

Ok, I got back on letro...been taking 2.5mgs every day...for over 2 months. I've been through two bottles, both from a different reputable source...my nipples are not only still puffy and my lumps are back...but clear liquid still discharges from them and they still throb like hell and are sensitive...can anyone tell me what the heck is going on??!! please??

did you get any side effects from letro? are you sure it was real? being on letro that long would probably cause sexual problems and joint pain because of the almost complete absence of estrogen.
you had no pre existing gyno before cycle did you? and what about aromasin did you use that as well to prevent rebound?
 
I know when I ran letro to get rid of some pubertal gyno, I pretty much didn't think about sex for close to two months, and my joints were not happy by the end

if you didn't get any side effects from the most recent letro it may have been bunk
 
My sex drive has been gone since 2 weeks in and since about a week after that my joints have been so dry I POP all the time and every time I fully extend my arm my elbows POP and it sounds like bone on bone. I also feel weaker in the gym like I did last time I was on letro...
 
Also, I've always had a little pubertal gyno, not severe in the least, just slightly puffy nips but I also had a few extra pounds of body fat then and no hard lumps. Now I am very low body fat with abs and when my nips are hard they look great and its almost to the point where I can wear thin t shirts and my nips don't lol puffy unless I'm in certain light however...there are hard lumps, I secrete liquids, and they're always sore :(
 
secreting liquid sounds more like a problem with prolactin, and it's possible the lumps just aren't going anywhere. Like I said I've had some gyno since puberty as well and letro/nolva helped but it most likely won't ever go away without surgery.

It sounds like it is real letro though, I would finish it out and get the most benefit you can, and then run nolva for a few weeks afterwards. I tried tapering off the letro and it's pretty much impossible. It reduces estrogen drastically even at insanely low dosages and has a very long half life. Calculating the minute amount you should take and how often to prevent it from building up will be very difficult, so you're likely to have some estrogen rebound. Grab some nolva if you don't have it already, extremepeptide is good if you just need serms/ancillaries and it will ship to you quick. Nolva can also sometimes reduce gyno on it's own, but it will at least prevent it from coming back while your estrogen levels normalize
 
If it's a prolactin issue, then some caber might help.
