Kinda a small question... When I get to my 3rd set of a excersice while doing chest routine, I usually have troubles putting up the first rep w/o a spot, but once I get it up, i'm good for at least 5 more. Do any of you have this problem? Does it have something to do with my breathing on the way down, or just the way i lay back with the weight?
