Hit A Plateau! Need Help!

Hi my name is javier im 17 and 155bl,i take in 1500 calories a day, is that to much or too littel?every time i step on the scale its says the same thing week after week and its making me go CRAZY!i was losing about 3pounds a week and i dont know what happen any helpful tips on how to break this damn plateau?
 
How tall are you? 1500 cals is too low IMO. You probably need to refeed.
 
And you are trying to lose weight? :scratch:
 
if your a guy at 5'10 and 155 you do NOT need to loose weight, just hit the weights hard and turn what you have into muscle.

Yeah, you need to eat a healthy clean diet and increase your calories. You really need to get those calories higher. Lift heavy and add some muscle. This will help with the fat moreso than just dieting.
 
1500 cals is to low. your body has entered starvation mode which is why your weight loss has halted. I would start back at 2250 cals a day and slowly decrease from there...
