So, I tried this recipe today, and I just finished doing up the macros.. either the opening poster was way off, or I went wrong somewhere, cause each bar is apparently nearly 600 Cal! Had a heck of a time finding uncooked large flake oats on Fitday, so I went to Bulk Barn's site for that info. These are still in the freezer, so I haven't tried them, but as people have noted that it can be gooey, I made sure I added a little milk at a time as it bound. I will probably cut the oatmeal in half next time, and add in some other type of nut to lower the carbs a bit.
